Prophetic Flow

 Who are you really?

We struggle with society's definition of who we are so much so that the quest for life has become finding who we really are instead of peace and security. There are several ways of finding ourselves; one way is to take personality tests. 

Personality tests are a great tool in finding out, who you are, from a different perspective. Don't be too fast to shrug this idea off because we all have blind sides and it takes an outside view of what we cannot see, in order to bring the blind sides into view.

If we don't explore it I guarantee that your family and closest friends will be oh too eager to point out your blind sides or faults without hesitation! and not so tactfully I might add.

Secrets of Meditation

Meditation has been used by every religion on earth but Christianity. The bible says meditate on the Lord day and night. What so ever is good pure and holy think on these things.

In most "heathen" civilizations the people would dance and work themselves into frenzy in order to achieve a level of ecstasy to achieve a trance-like state.

Recently I have been working out at the gym I notice that when my instructor brings us down to the stretching/cool down time I can easily slip into a calm state.

I also find that when I do my favorite thing in the world (playing the piano), I do it until I'm tired then I am at rest. Everything seems right in the universe and now I sit quietly to wait and listen.

My theory is that when you tire the body and the mind out, the spirit can now take over without the body and mind in the way or wanting to do something else.

Now this is the time to just "BE" no agendas to tablets to write down what God is saying, not to do anything but to STOP and honor God with your silence...SELAH

I looked over my spiritual life and it was much like this trip every time I entered into a new level of awareness in the Christ consciousness, it seemed as if everything was different and I wanted to throw the old ways away and embrace the new. Soon all that new revelation did not apply to the next level I was going to. I was in another “State of Being” Every state was different and beautiful and I could not wait to see what was next. I realized also that what I had learned in the previous states of my spirituality was still applicable in helping me to understand the new levels.

When I was on the beginning if my trip/journey, I had heard of and seen pictures of the mountains but I had never seen them I could have argued with you that there was no such thing as mountains because in our region of the country there were none. But there were oceans near me and I knew they were real.

We can argue over what is God and what is not but until you’ve experienced the other guy’s experience don’t say it isn’t so. All of the experiences are possible if we just stay in the spiritual flow and we will see and hear and taste the things we never have before! The world is always revealing new things to us!

Wait a Minute!

I woke up one morning and realized that our image of God is based on our image of our fathers and if we have a poor image of our natural fathers than we have a poor image of God.  God is beyond that and there is nothing ....nothing I mean nothing that you can do to disappoint God or make Him turn his back on you even if you are mad at Him. The unconditional love is what got me, no matter what my flaws are, he still loves me. I hated some of my ways... I have flaws that would shame a drunken sailor hahahaha, but God knew how he made me. My quirky personality that make some people turn and run, makes Him say “I love that about you, I created that!!" ...What??!!! ...You love my personality? ME? .....But I'm me!!! ...This!!!! ???  You did THIS on purpose? And It's OK?  It is liberating to know 'you weren't an accident' or 'everyone else is normal'. I am Loved by God at All times. No matter what. 

GET NAKED

Yes I said it! Stand in front of a mirror and look at all of it! The face, the nose, the hair or the lack there of ;) The thighs, knees etc... Say to each part of you. I love the way I am and if I am going to speak or flow His words this is the vessel it will come from. I LOVE ME. I AM BEAUTIFUL, I AM LOVED, AND I AM. The way you feel about yourself is the way you will give God's words to others.

Change

Hollywood has been dubbed the prophet of the nation. If you notice the technology from sci-fi movies are a reality today. 

In the last ten years or so Hollywood  Movies  positioned Blacks in leadership positions , the motives could have been to keep blacks out of the main story line, to keep the black quota at first .  Then someone said why not?   Make them problem solving leaders.

 Tall Black men have been the president, even God (24, Bruce Almighty, etc...).   We have been conditioned that if there is a crisis that maybe a tall Black man can fix it.

I believe subconsciously we believed it was possible.

I feel that there will be a change in the season first, in the natural, now in the spirit!

My prayer is that we all are Americans and not Parties and Races.   Hey I am the last to pull the race card since I am a part of a blended family.   We are Black, White and Hispanic in this generation and in the same household right now.   So I am all the more happy for diversity.

"Inclusion” is the word!

We are a people but it's not over yet. It takes you to look beyond the old ways the old mindsets.

This is a Tsunami and no one can stop it.   Change is inevitable.

The voices of the common people have been heard.

Law of Attraction

I heard about the law of attraction but never understood it until just recently.   I realized that all you can do is attract good or bad, you have no power to deflect it.   Huh?   Yes, you cannot stop good or bad from coming to you! 

Let me 'splain... Have you heard about the string theory? The Universe is made up entirely of string and everything is connected.   Strum one string and all the other strings vibrate.

Ok, let's say you are a fly and you got stuck in a web, and you tried to get out.   The more you move the more the web vibrates.   The more the web vibrates the more you attract the spiders.

Let's say the spiders are one of 2 kinds. One spider we will call "Drama."   The other spider is called "Good fortune."

In life you will be devoured by something which one will it be?   Good fortune or Drama? 

You can say”No drama in my life!" all day long but if all you talk about is the drama that's going on in your life be it sickness, age, bad relationships, etc.   Then you, the fly are sending of the vibrations, and you are attracting the drama spider. Soon your whole life is being devoured by drama spiders which give you more to complain about which and hence attract more drama.

If you speak of good things, encourage others, take care of yourself and others then you, the fly, and are sending out vibrations attracting the good fortune spider.   Giving you more Good Fortune to talk about.   How much good fortune are you having?

I know that it seems crazy, but do your Vision Board this year.   Make it plain where want to be by the end of this year and watch good fortune happen to you.

          Religious Differences

           I See a Mountain There is No Such Thing as an Ocean

Many of us who are going thru our spiritual journey need to be aware that we all worship the same creator. Just because some ways are weird and a little unorthodox does not mean that they are lost and going to hell.

My analogy of our spiritual walk goes as such….

I was going on a road trip from southeast Texas to Illinois the trip started on the flat plains of Texas little or no hills. The further north I got the hillier the terrain got. As we crossed the border to Texas into Arkansas there were big hills the change in the terrain was very noticeable.  Later we crossed into Missouri where there were Rocky Mountains and dry terrain then Illinois Tall mountains, lakes, windy, rainy. Every state had its own Identity.

 Sometimes I can't tell the Difference!

Today I met this lady and I kept getting a distinct feeling that she was a cheerleader so I asked her if she knew how to do the splits, she nearly jumped out of her skin. She had a dream last night that she was doing the splits everywhere she said that she was so excited and she was showing all of her friends what she can do. She asked me what did it mean and I told her that it was spiritual and that she will need to be very flexible with her family and friends and that she has the ability to think outside of the box.

I sometimes don't know if I'm asking a question or picking up on someone dreams or spirit. If we are tapped in we can totally walk in a little more awareness.

Dream of My Own

I dreamt that I was at a play and the dancers left the stage and started dancing with the audience. As we all held hands we snaked around the seats, I closed my eyes and then I noticed that sometimes I would almost fly up when we turned corners. It felt like I was free I decided to mentally take in the experience and I saw 2 symbols a 3D circle and a 3D star rising over a horizon with light radiating behind it. when I opened my eyes(in the dream) I found myself in bed and my husband frantically trying to prepare food for a new restaurant business he just started during the time I was in a "coma" 2 days I was told. I was fascinated by the fact that I was in a trance for 2 days I started asking people what did they think was wrong with me and why there were no medical equipment to aid my sleep, they said that they knew it was a spiritual trance. 

      No Condemnation

Some people feel that Amy Winehouse should not receive her Grammys because she has a drug addiction. I say separate her personal issues from her God given talents. Have you heard the Back to Black CD it is "OFF THE CHAIN" as some of the younger crowd might say. The people who are protesting are the same ones who had similar struggles in their past. Please... let’s stop casting stones and Love people to where they need to be.
